I absolutely love these chairs (I bought two). The velvet is a rich, dark chocolate brown that almost pulls a little cognac color when the sunlight hits it. They are the right size, comfortable to sit in and they swivel. Pricey but worth it!

Very soft velvet and comfy chair. It’s not for long sitting as the seating is a bit hard. Chair is heavy and looks very elegant.

the arms flair out and the base of the product arrived damaged (looks like sun exposure). the velvet is more fuzzy than smooth and it definitely does not look like a $1500/chair. the stitching is not clean, the shape and size, all a little cheap.
