Couches are nice, so far so good. The white glove service delivery is far from what you sell it as. Guys were in a major rush, rude, and looking at us like we were crazy for wanting to look at and sit on the couches in case we weren’t happy with them and wanted to send them back. They didn’t know what we were talking about and these movers were for sure going to give us a hard time about a return if we wanted one. One of them also refused to take his wet shoes off when we asked them to. Terrible white glove joke.
