It was delivered the arm of the loveseat was crammed into cardboard and padding and we have had more than a week and it seems indented permanently

I was expecting a small love seat,this is in no way small,a pain to put togather,it recommends 2 people to put togather,I had 4! Had I known how difficult to put togather,I would of paid extra to have them do it.beautiful loveseat,worth the money and very well packed,delivery was good also.
