Chairs poorly constructed. A guest almost fell when one leg gave way. I request a new chair and return label .

My order i did was brow color but you sent me black color i dont like that color so want to change those.

I hope they last fifty years replaced a chair set didn’t loose anything just gained

Great chair that sit low to the ground and adds comfort while sitting. I would not recommend paying extra for delivery when you may have to put the chairs together yourself. My boxes was delivered on my doorstep by Fed-ex. I am glad it was two boxes since one of the boxes was delivered open. They never rescheduled my appointment after not showing up to put the chairs together. I tried calling customer service but no one answers the number that was provided. I also tried rescheduling online but the website never loads so I could make an appointment. I gave three stars because I sat here all day waiting for someone to show up only for them to cancel. Now I have to call them for a refund since I will be putting the chairs together along with the table that will be delivered tomorrow. Update I don’t like the chairs since it feels like it is peeling and I am sure it will last that long. I spent to much money for it to last for only 1 year.
