Terrible quality, even worse instructions. Absolutely not worth the money.

I bought two of these nightstands based on the photos in the website. They are placed next to the bed and look to be normal size. When they come in, I pulled a side piece out of the box and those are tiny 17 inches tall, regular bed is over 20 so I called Wayfair to see if I can return them on them because they are trying to charge me $73 to return both nightstands when both of them cost 200. I spent $2500 on several items on this order and nobody wants to help me out with a return and take care of it for me as a goodwill gesture. That is not good customer practice. I understand if I would’ve ordered just the two nightstands for $200 and they’re not working for me and I have to pay the return but on the $2500 order returning one set of two nightstands that are just tiny and charging me for it is outrageous. Buyers beware. I was trying to get $700 more of furniture items from this website. Well it looks like I’m going to take my business somewhere else from now on. I wish I spend my $2500 with somebody else after this treatment, management should change some policies in certain situations or they will lose a lot of customers in the future.

LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PICTURE OF GREY UNIT. Color is much much darker and has no grainy texture like that shown in the pictures. Requested refund - Customer service said I was sent wrong unit and they would replace with the right unit (packaging was correct, unit inside was not apparently). Said new unit would be delivered July 26, never arrived. Called them and they said it would arrive in October - never got any updates. Terrible customer service with no offer to do anything but give me my money back, as if that was something special. Will never even know if the light grey unit exists. Will not be purchasing from Wayfair again if this is the level of customer service, had expected better.
