Several parts are dented and scratched the chrome base legs are scratched with a dentchip in one, the black under-seat mechanism has chipped paint, and a metal rod is scuffed. The chair itself is lopsided and crooked, and the stitching is uneven visibly different from one side to the other. Theres a puncturetear in the upholstery on the armrest, right by the stitching. The box also arrived looking like it had been opened before parts werent packed where they were supposed to be — though nothing indicated it was an open-box item.

Way better than expected! It is a bit more of a creamy color than the stock photo, but other than that it’s perfect. The lean back is 1010

The chair is so comfortable and fits perfectly with my office redo. Note I spray painted the legs gold to match the decor.

I was in love with this chair when I ordered it, however the longevity is not there. The chair is now peeling on both sides of the arm rest and the head rest. You may want to keep looking if you expect longevity.

Love it my favorite chair very comfortable
