Instruction manual was terrible aside from it being from a different dimension armoire. Nothing from the nails to the wooden pieces were labeled. A panel was delivered cracked. Was missing a couple panels upon delivery. Had to assemble then take apart about 3/4 times which could’ve been prevented if the manual was clear. But obviously the reason for that unclear manual is to get us to pay the $400 assembly service. Now that it’s completely assembled its still having issues for ex; shelves falling and the shelve holders are now broken, the side panels keep popping out and the mirror itself is just bad, it has waves which makes me look weird. Mirror fell off the track once. Tried to return/refund but the manufacturer won’t allow it because I don’t have the huge boxes that the pieces came in as if I was planning to return this….? Manufacturer was rude to begin with when I asked for the missing panels. Overall the worst experience with this Armoire.

One of the two doors has factory defects, scratches and paint loss. There are no parts to finish the wardrobe front. The door with a mirror was delivered different than the one ordered

The back side of the closet isn’t the same color as the closet and there is a crack on a side of the closet.

The sliding door keep getting off the track .
