Velvet not as good quality as expected and cushions are really stiff. Hoping it will soften with time

Poor quality. You can lift the end with one finger. Material is cheap, came damaged and with flaws. Said no assembly, but the feet came in a box without instructions. I can figure it out, but again, very cheap, they want you to blindly screw the feet straight through the bottom lining No pre-drilled holes or support Waste of my time. Its also REALLY low. The entire couch came up to my knee. Delivery was great! Customer Service was excellent. I would not recommend this manufacturer. I would recommend Wayfair.

Good quality great sleeping room. Only complaint, item says no assembly when in fact it requires 18 screws drilling holes and no instructions included. Definitely not a no assembly item. Was able to put together however.
