Is such a lovely addition to my daughter’s bedroom. She is a total bookworm so she’s beyond excited for this. The quality of the bookcase is really good , well constructed, high quality and goes together well.

I had to contact customer service 3 times. For three different reasons, billing, shipping, and replacement parts. Every time the customer service was excellent. One could not ask for any better or nicer service representatives to talk to.

A very nice quality product. The assembly is not for someone who hasn't done this before. Lay out the parts first. Look at the pictures for the basic installation of the parts and then go directly to the drawing of your particular bookcase to see how to attach all the pieces. It takes several hours.
