It was confusing to put together. Plus the doors for the cabinet did not have the proper holes for the screws. I spent about a half hour trying to put the hinges on the door and had no luck. There also was a piece that was chipped. I ordered this on June 3rd. Multiple times I contacted the company. I was told in a chat that it would take a few minutes before she got back to me. Eventually I was disconnected in the chat. I tried the text option after this and found out customer service had closed. It would have been nice for the person on the chat to tell me she couldn’t finish as they were closing. I tried the next day and was told that for some reason my item wasn’t “moving”. It had an expected delivery date of the 12th and it had already passed. She was going to put a rush on it, someone would call me within two days. No one ever called and nothing changed. Eventually I had someone replace the order. The new expected delivery date was June 27. I did finally receive it on June 27th after waiting since my order on June 3rd. There customer service is definitely lacking. I’m not sending it back even though the chip is noticeable because I need it and wasn’t able to wait longer. I am not satisfied with the product or their customer service.

Delivered on time. Quality for the table is good. It’s takes bit of time to fix it for one person. It’s would be better to have another hand in fixing doors mainly. Console table looks very good. It’s a good size for a small home.

This a very nice TV console. It is sturdy and quite heavy. Assembly instructions were clear, and it took two adults about 1-12 hours to complete. The shelves and cabinets are ideal for extra storage.

Great for my guest room TV! Easy to clean finish but sturdy as well.

Would have given this a 3 or 4 star review however the one cabinet door is off center, creating a gap when it closes.
