I ordered this chair in the color pink. The color in the picture is a light pink color. I received the chair and it's not the shade of pink that's advertised and it was defective the parts that go screwed together were stripped. I contacted customer service and they were helpful and replaced the chair. The issue is they sent me the exact same hot pink chair that was sent wrong the first time.

Wish it was a little sturdier but it works.

Not good for all day productivity, very firmstiff with no adjustments, forced to sit straight up. I guess that’s great for supporting correct posture.

This chair is a piece of junk. The back of the chair is cheap netting which has a hole in. The bottom of the seat had a tear and there was lots of scrapes on the arms. I guess I got what I paid for junk. I was surprised Wayfair carried such low quality. I bet this chair will need to be replaced in a few months. If I could I would have had given zero stars.

Pretty easy to put together. Comfortable, with good back support.
