Classeur latéral 30W 2 tiroirs

I have never been able to put this together. The correct parts did not arrive, was sent two of the same door fronts (both had a hole for the lock yet only one lock available). When I contacted Wayfair I was told that I could absolutely not use these since together because they would hit when I tried to close the drawers. They (Bush furniture at this point) told me the drawer fronts are manufactured as different sizes and of course the one I needed was on back order. Well it finally arrived and now there are 2 drawer tracks missing! So I still do not have a file cabinet. I’m super frustrated especially since this was not a cheap item.

I really like the file cabinet -- I think. The front panel had a gouge in it so I requested a new panel, which I received about 10 days later. When I opened the box, the second panel ALSO had a gouge in it. So I'm hoping three times will be a charm and the third panel I receive will actually not be damaged. It would be great if they could inspect the product before shipping it. UPDATE: Third time was NOT the charm. Or the fourth. Or the fifth. I now have FIVE damaged drawer face panels. It's been a month and I still don't have the complete product I ordered. Not happy. UPDATE: MAKE THAT SIX! Another replacement panel was received today. Damaged!!!

When this file cabinet arrived it was missing the side rails. After a call to the manufacturer we received them after a few days. The hardware labeling and organizing was a little confusing. Once this file cabinet was put together we really like it. It is good looking and the drawers move smoothly . It has lots of room and the lock works well.
