On December 21, 2020 I order this chair, very happy to invest in an office chair that I'd hope will last for a long time... After delivery, I assembled it and started using early 2021. I loved how it looked, and felt, in the beginning, but I am very disapointed at how quickly the quality deteriorated. I'd hope this chair would last 3-5 years. It hasn't even made it to 2 years... I have been disatisfied watching it's condition for the last couple of months now, that really motivated me to reset my wayfair password and leave a review for those who would be interested in long/term durability of the chair, and hopefully for the company too to know that there's room for improvement...

I just got this chair for my office and I really love it. Its luxurious leather is supple and comfortable, the cushioning is just right, and the high back of the chair is great for when you need to take a minute to recline to think. Furthermore, the chair is sturdy and of great quality. Definitely recommend.

Its not only a comfortable chair but looks great too and it goes so well with my table. I love it ❤️

The gray is definitely not a dark gray. The picture and color description is very misleading. What I received was more of a light gray.

It’s not bad. Easy to assemble and looks great. I think I would have rather picked something with adjustable arms and a little more for comfort than for looks but overall good chair.
