This chair is ok. As you can see in the left pic it came damaged, which I’m not happy about, but I’m not sending a chair back. I do love the look of it other than the damaged area. The seat is ample from front to back, which is hard to find in a desk chair. However the padding on the seat is thin so it is hard. The wheels work great which is a bonus because the wheels on my other chair did not (and it was a new chair, also from Wayfair). I sometimes work long hours at my desk so a good chair is important. I just got this one so I haven’t worked at it all day yet to tell you how it effects my back and shoulders. I’ll be back to update my review once I do an all day in my chair work day.

I love the chair, it looks exactly as pictured. It loses a star cause it has a weird chemical smell and one of the arms is loose no matter how much you tighten it.

The chair is very comfortable and it looks nice but there’s something wrong with the armrest when you bolt the screws into the fasteners. It’s loose when you tighten them in and then the bolt that was fastened to the chair came out of the frame so I had to put it back in with an socket wrench. Tried to contact the company who made it as we stated with the instructions and their call center was not accepting calls because of COVID-19 and then Wayfare did the same thing, gave no opportunity to get a call back. The only option was to wait over 45 minutes to speak to a representative. Second purchase with the company so not very optimistic at this point about future dealings with the merchandise. UPDATE after going to the app and requesting a replacement armrest, the company will send it out but won’t be for about 10 days. I figured out that the armrest was defective not the bolts or the fasteners.

Sharp looking chairs! White is classy as can be! Keep in mind, brown chair is much darker than shown in phot but gorgeous and rich. Matches with our espresso wood desk beautifully!
