Table is separating. Poor construction.

I don’t have the item yet and I was informed by wayfair customer service to still leave a review since it’s due by a certain time. The table looks beautiful so I’m hoping that it’s the same in person once we receive it.

The color is a tad off from what was pictured, a little more grayish. The legs were harder to put on than I expected, so I needed to ask my husband for help, but it turned out perfectly. Im not sure how I feel about the rounded ends yet, but it is a beautiful piece. The chairs I ordered for it didnt match. Ill update pictures with the final set when the new ones are found.

I enjoy this table, but I feel like there are a few things people need to know before buying it. The first is that the wood on the top is sanded pretty smooth [with natural grooves in the wood still present], but NOT finished. This will cause clothes to snag sometimes if the sleeves are long, and if you clean it you have to be careful to mostly go with the grain, or the fibers will get caught all throughout the wood. This also makes it difficult for dining. You'd need placemats at minimum to try and keep food off of it, so it doesn't go into the natural grooves on the wood. If you're using this as just a gathering table, it's perfect. The only other negative is the parts didn't fit together properly on our first table delivered, but a replacement was thankfully sent. Positives are that it is VERY beautiful and is real, natural wood. Incredibly sturdy and easy to put together when you have the right parts. The lighting in my apartment doesn't do it justice - the light wood is striking.

Love the top of this table, color is great combination with the white distressed bottom. Nice modern farmhouse design. This is a very heavy table, will need two (2) people to assemble and move around.
