I'm getting ready to send a notice to Wayfair, but I wanted to get a review out there first. I spent a lot of time researching sectionals and reading reviews. Do not order. The seat cushions come vacuumed packed, and after two weeks, ours still haven't 'puffed up' to the correct size. Every single corner of the seat cushion is half the size it should be. The seat cushions look small and like they don't fit the seat covers. We are NOT impressed with quality. One accent pillow has a rusty streak across it, and the arms had snags on them. We have documented everything with photos and home we can work it out. I would like to send it back. I loved the lines of this sectional, and wanted a little something more formal for our living room. The back of the sectional are a flaps, which Velcro shut. All the cushions were stuffed inside the back of the sectional. You opened up the Velcro to pull your vacuumed packed cushions out. If your sectional sits out from the wall, you can see the Velcro strips. Save a little more money, it will purchase you something much nicer.

I really want to give this couch a 5-star review because it’s comfortable, stylish, and looks great in my space. However, getting the covers onto the cushions was an absolute struggle. It took way more time and effort than I expected, and even after wrestling with them, they still didn’t fit quite as smoothly as I’d hoped. If the manufacturer made this process easier, it would be perfect!

This is a beautiful sofa and very comfortable. It definitely looks more expensive than it was. The only thing I would suggest is that you pay the $109 for assembly. It does "only" have the sofa frame sliding into the arm, but it is not easy to get them to stay lined up. The arm has an area that sticks out just above the hook and it makes it difficult to get it to "catch." I wish I would have paid for someone else to do that, as it took my husband and me about 3 hours to get the pieces to "snap" together because it took so many tries to get them to fit. Once we finally got it all together, though, it seems very sturdy and looks beautiful. The seat cushions are basically already full sized, only the back cushions were compressed in plastic. It was hard to get the seat cushion covers on because they are so tight, but that makes the pillows nice and firm. The back cushions didn't take much to fluff them up, though, and they are a little softer, which I like. This photo is after only 2 days. Also, be sure to unzip the bottom of the sofa frame, as that's where you will find more cushions, cushion covers, and pillows. The corner piece comes all ready to go and the 3 cushions (1 seat, 2 back) are not compressed. I gave it 4 stars because of the difficulty of putting it together, but I really like the sofa.

Overall the couch is okay. It did arrive in multiple packages and was heavy to move, so you will need help. Some of the cushions and covers arrived dirty or had pilling on some of the fabrics parts. It is also impossible to get it to line up when connecting the two pieces together. We have tried multiple times over the past month to get it lined up and still haven’t. The back cover has Velcro covers that are also impossible to get covered completely. I get one side lined up and the other side comes off.

I’m so impressed with how all of this was packed up. It seems well made. I like the design on the arms and the color is nice. I’m glad that you can remove the cushion covers to wash and the bottom unzips for cleaning. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up in our family.
