The cabinet itself is nice in that it doesn't have to be put together. It came fully assembled. It will serve its purpose. We did have to re-attach one of the handles of the drawers upon setting it up as the screw holding it on was loose and the handle slipped off but it was an easy fix. Note to anyone buying a new tv these days-our old tv had a small stand (bottom center of tv) that fit on any table; today, the newer tvs come with stand attachments that are affixed to the ends of the tv such that, unless one buys a very deep cabinet, it's impossible to swivel the tv and still have it fully resting on the support surface to watch it if one is not sitting directly in front of it. Wonder why manufacturers went with this new design that really restricts the pivoting options of the tv?
