Not the most easy to put together. You have to build the entire chair/. we do not like the velcro back which does not seem to be very sturdy or finished....but, time will tell. Once together, it looks very nice...and is very firm and will hopefully last a good amoutn of time. We had no issues with the wholes drilled or assembly. But....for the money, one would have expected it to be factory assembled aside from maybe the legs. For now...we recommend it....
