Easy to reach customer support. & Happy with replacement order . However, I hope the service improves with 1st time delivery itself. In my case the product got displaced and it was defective.. replacement order was good.

The delivery was less than stellar. It arrived with squished corners at the end if the package and although taped up you could see by the delivery picture and upon my arrival at first glance that the materials in the boxes had shifted and were bulging from the shift( delivery person left it upward so vertical and leaning -WITH the noticeable loose packaging and squished packaging) I prayed when I opened that theye was mo damage but unfortunately as a result the top piece of the cabinet , which of course shows the most aesthetically had the corners of the particle board material smushed in and torn ) There is absolutely no way I can keep this as it is the focal point and faces front -so I can’t even ignore it! I am calling the company and hope they don’t give me a hassle, are responsible and will send me a replacement top part. So disappointed!

Had this item shipped twice and each time there was damage… first one was likely in shipping but the second was not as the box came in good condition. Luckily the first one was the first piece taken out so when I requested a replacement and they wanted the original one sent back it was easily put back in the box and taped shut. The second one however I had taken 34 of the pieces out before coming to these two, then they wanted me to fit all the pieces back in the box for another replacement. Nah! What a hassle!

Top piece arrived damaged. I had already thrown out the box so a return was not possible. I was hoping they would send a replacement top but that wasn’t an option. So I opted for a partial refund. Don’t know how I can make this look ok since it’s damaged on the front corner.

I wanted a simple chest/sideboard for my laundry room. It was a respectable price. I like the design. The box did show minor damage on arrival, and 2 corners were scuffed on the top of the chest. Of course it was not noticeable until everything was unpacked and laid out for assembly. A little disappointed with that.
