This is a well made and heavy duty piece of furniture. It is as dark as the photos, so take that into consideration. It's a very big piece, so it can darken up a room really easily because of the color and size. It easily fits our 75 inch TV. It came in two separate pieces. The bottom part did not need to be put together, but the top did, and let me tell you, you better have somebody or two somebodies to help you lift it on top of the bottom piece. It is incredibly top heavy and was a beast to lift.

We really love the Saben entertainment center from Canora Grey. We needed a particular size and only found it on Wayfair. Very well built and love the color. First shipment was damaged but Wayfair sent a replacement within a couple of weeks. White glove was awesome.

Actual product is probably ok, but when purchased, it included white glove service. I was expecting it to be put together and in place once delivered. However, the woman who called to let me know they were 20 minutes out, also let me know, they were no longer offering the service that was included with my purchase. Her explanation was that the service is contracted out and they no longer do it due to time constraints. Im not sure why that gets to be MY PROBLEM...?? This item could have been purchased from several different places and I opted for Wayfair because of the white glove service. Whomever I spoke with clearly didn't see my point. Her solution was for me to call another company and pay them to put it together. How about you, as a company, stand by the products and services you're advertising.
