Looks great. However, not the most comfortable. Assembly was not as easy as I’d like, some of the pieced were difficult to slide into place. Assembly requires 2 people to squeeze parts together while sliding parts into place. One of the cushions didn’t fully inflate.

Not very comfortable. After months of use, cushions are still hard and the padding in the back and arms is already starting to flatten so metal can be felt. However, the price point matches the quality.

Sofa came with missing parts. The leg attachments were missing. Tried calling customer support many times but unable to get in touch with a person. All you can do is leave a message. Sent enail and left message and haven’t heard back so far.

I ordered two of these sofa, and for some reason, I was sent only four arms so far instead of one sofa then the other. Still waiting on the rest of both sofas.

The couch is fantastic, exactly as advertised. The faux leather is comfortable and provides a nice touch of style,. The couch comfortably seats three people, perfect for a small living room like ours. The only con is the couch arrived without the couch legs, meaning the couch is currently sitting on the ground. The couch is tall enough that this isn’t a huge issue, but a little more height would make the couch more comfortable. I will update my review when I hear back from the manufacturer!
