I love it! This couch is great! I have always wanted a chesterfield sofa just not sure I want to pay for a real leather one. This sofa is faux leather but made very well. I put it together by myself. It came in two boxes. The boxes were not too awfully heavy. The cushions are vacuum sealed and I had to put the covers on which was a little rough but I finally got them. I like this sofa a lot!

Looks great. However, not the most comfortable. Assembly was not as easy as I’d like, some of the pieced were difficult to slide into place. Assembly requires 2 people to squeeze parts together while sliding parts into place. One of the cushions didn’t fully inflate.

Not very comfortable. After months of use, cushions are still hard and the padding in the back and arms is already starting to flatten so metal can be felt. However, the price point matches the quality.

Sofa came with missing parts. The leg attachments were missing. Tried calling customer support many times but unable to get in touch with a person. All you can do is leave a message. Sent enail and left message and haven’t heard back so far.

I ordered two of these sofa, and for some reason, I was sent only four arms so far instead of one sofa then the other. Still waiting on the rest of both sofas.
