Does not feel like solid wood. Arrived with two holes in the bottom. Very disappointed in the quality. Customer service only gave a partial refund for the damage.

This armoire is a beautiful, high-quality piece of furniture. There is an odor (possibly glue or lacquer), but gradually it is going away. I wish you have included a cleaning and care manual.
