Great dresser!

Very upset, after all the calls and the promises that you would check the color before it came to me. It still came in grey, you promised me the brown. I could not see that the color was wrong until it was unpacked enough to get a glimpse. It was heavily padded and protected by paper. (Very well packed, no damage). So here I am at 82 trying to figure out what to do about this. I’m counting on your excellent customer service to help straighten this out. As I told one of your rep's when I ordered. This piece matches my bedroom furniture exactly. My end table was damaged in the move and I was elated to find one. Please. Let’s see how we can straighten out this mess

Very nice solid and already assembled

When the original order came in both Nightstand where smashed in multiple places. There was no way to even fix them to make it work. So Wayfair send me two new ones at no cost, witch was greatly appreciated, but when the new ones came in, only one was not damaged. Wayfair is a wonderful company to deal with in terms of defective items. I’m scoring this item a one star because this particular product is cheap and won’t survive the trip to your house.
