Drawers are garbage.Set it up and u can’t pull out the drawers very far.You can barely get to any files after the first 6 inches of the drawer and the hardware for the drawer and wheels are junk.Drawer wheels bent easily.I may have to return it.

This file cabinet is horrible. I started putting my files in the drawers and the drawers won’t stay on the track. I won’t to return this item.

What a mess with several broken pieces. Not just a open box but a mess. No instructions and more damage than was shown in picture.

I bought this on 11/8 which was before two other reviews which have the same problem I have. The drawers worked fine until about a month ago. The bottom drawer will not stay on the track. It will slide in but it will not slide out. I took all the files out and tried and it worked a few times. So I put a hand full of files back in (about 8lbs) and it slide in but came off the track when I tried to open it. I am very frustrated because it is past the 30 day return policy. I spent $200 on this and I can't use it.
