Chaise de salle à manger rembourrée Mcclaran (Ensemble de 4)

I had purchased these chairs to go with the black table I had also purchased as a dinette set for my son's new apartment in Chicago, we were making the move that weekend which was 2 days away. Prior to opening the box, I saw the huge hole in it, once we opened it and checked for all the parts, we found the hardware was missing which may have fallen through the hole during shipping. The blessing was the customer service rep I spoke to, she was great, I returned the chairs the next day, she refunded my money right away and I was able to order chairs from another source...great customer service always makes things better and gets 5 stars!!

These didn’t work at all they bent almost immediately had to throw them away as when they bent they were tippy and dangerous!

These chairs were the perfect addition to our new dining table, we wanted something that both was similar in color and allowed the room to breathe a little, and these worked well. The frame is actually lighter in color than the pictures would have you think; it's more of a gunmetal grey with black leather. Also they arrived in 2 days!

Not as sturdy as it should be for the max weight!
