I loved the way this nightstand looked on the website. When I put it together it looked even better and much more expensive than what I paid for. It took about a hour to put together and was worth the time it took. This was a good purchase.

Packed poorly and caused major cosmetic damage to the stand. It seems common sense that an outward facing piece shouldn't rest on two screws during shipping. Unfortunately this company thinks otherwise.

Absolutely terrible quality materials with multiple scratches and dents. The pieces do not align So I cannot even finish building it.

Great product but very poor quality control in packaging and shipping. We have hat a total of 6 sent to us and everyone came damaged. We still have damaged nightstands but we took the least damaged fronts for the ones we were keeping. Also the shipping time between replacements was extended to say the least. Very dissatisfied and now stuck with damaged nightstands cause is tight and cant afford to replace them right now.

This was one of two different nightstands from the same order. The first had damage and incorrect parts (three back panels rather than one back and two bottoms). Reached out and are awaiting replacement parts. Went to assemble this Cranbrook and realize dimensions are incorrectly listed AND also has damage (consistent with other reviews). Go to set up return online and options are replacement parts or contact CS. Given the incorrect specs render it unusable in our space, we need to return. After 10 minutes of accomplishing nothing via chat as rep couldn’t even understand the issue, I’m disconnected while typing response despite having patiently waited for rep’s responses for 10 minutes. Next rep wants me to provide all the info for now the THIRD time (once via online portal, second via chat) despite being able to review the info from previous thread (as the auto response even states when you’re disconnected “rest assured the next agent will be able to see our chat history here”). Upon asking rep to review info previously provided, I’m told it’s now being handled by a Resolutions Team and I have to wait up to 3 days for a response. They claim its a benefit for valued customers but clearly having to wait for someone to contact us rather than getting what should be a simple issue resolved promptly is anything but. Supervisor unable to clarify why multiple inconveniences warrants a delayed resolution rather than a more immediate one.
