Table basse Flores

The Flores oval cast aluminum coffee table has a masculine appeal, which I like, and it looks exactly as depicted in the advertisement. I was impressed with the quality of the packaging and the delivery timeframe. My coffee table arrived within the advertised window with no issues or defects. The only aspect I wish had been different is the tabletop. In the images, the top appears to be about one inch thick, but it is not. When placing items such as coffee mugs, tumblers, or stemware on the surface, the sound upon contact suggests the top layer is quite thin. This also makes me concerned that it may dent easily due to the lack of thickness in the tabletop.
