The chair itself seems pretty good (seat is a bit firm for my liking, though), but the wheels are extremely low quality. We bought quite a few of these chairs for an office and none of them roll. The wheels do not turnrotate to allow for it to roll. They are supposed to be sending better quality replacements but have not received anything yet.
