Honestly, I was very skeptical about ordering this table at first. While it had the exact "look" and character that I was going for, the price was much lower than other coffee tables I'd looked at with a similar style and I couldn't find any customer photos of it online to get a better idea of what it *really* looked like. Plus, the specifications said the table only weighed 46lbs so I figured I might be sacrificing quality for the look I wanted. I decided to take a chance on it anyways and I could not be more happy! This table is not only gorgeous in person, it is a solid - and heavy - piece of well-made furniture. The distressed and "aged" finishes are so beautiful, and there is even heavier distressing on the front drawer to make it look like it has a long history of use (in a good way!) It is easily over 100lbs, not the 46lbs listed in the description, and it feels high-end, not chintzy or cheap at ALL. The top is a beautiful shade of weathered gray with wood-grain texture. On top of being so impressed with the look and quality of this table, it was incredibly easy to assemble and I couldn't believe that it arrived on my doorstep in 2 business days. Altogether I am SO happy I decided to get this table, it's the perfect addition to my new living room!
