Unfortunately, this item arrived damaged, with visible water damage and broken parts. Beyond that, the main feature—the pull-out feeding drawer—is essentially non-functional. The drawer won't close if the included bowls are in place; it only shuts when the bowls are removed entirely, which completely defeats the purpose of the design.
