I received half a loveseat. I was told every day since that they were sending the rest out that day. It was never sent. They refunded me and now I have to dispose of an incomplete loveseat. I’m done with wayfair forever.

Ordered in purple, received green. Wayfair resolved by issuing a partial refund of the cost, which I feel is fair (there was an option to return, but we like the green enough to keep it) The loveseat was easy to put together and feels sturdy and comfortable. One of the cusions looks little more smushed than the other because it was hidden in the bottom compartment, I'm hoping it will even out with a little time. Overall I think it was a good value, and I'm happy with how Wayfair resolved the color mixup.

Received 3 months after I ordered, when I called and asked what’s taking so long they gave me various reasons such as “it’s out of stock” or “fedex couldn’t fit it in their truck with too many packages” or “we were going to ship it but it got left in the warehouse.” WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY! I highly recommend looking somewhere else because you never know if you’re going to receive your purchase in 2 weeks or 2 years. I never write reviews but customer service was horrible and would give me random reasons why my pact kept getting delayed 3

Great color easy to assemble. I didn’t know that one cushion and side panel was zipped into the bottom! Would have liked a heads up on that.

It took longer than expected, but we love this couch. Its comfy, the fabric is so soft, and it is a beautiful piece. We are thrilled with our purchase!! A little difficult to put together by yourself, but I did it in 35-40 minutes Husband got home at the tail end and helped me put the back on, bit it wasnt too hard. But it was more difficult than the daybed was to put together. Still, all in all, this is a great couch. I didnt love how it was packed to be shipped, one of the back cushions is smushed, and the other is perfect, so, for my OCD, that is driving me a little crazy, but still a great price for a great couch.
