Chaise berçante Dalyss (Ensemble de 2)

Horrible experience with delays and damaged product. Customer service was nice but so far it's taken three calls to get a refund processed and the funds are not yet back in my account. From what I can see of the pieces the product looked fine, but I am not willing to take the risk of another delay and pile of broken parts.
