Beautiful, but flimsy. The back fell off when I gently leaned on it. There are only a few small screws holding it on.

Beautiful chairs but one package arrived with a frame and arm color I did not order. I chatted with customer service who offered 25% refund. I asked for 30% refund. They will get back to me in 24 to 28 hours. They did not fully refund for one chair.

They are fabulous. Exactly as described and comfortable. This is the first time I’ve ordered furniture from Wayfair. I will do so again. One of the chairs arrived without a floor protector and you have responded immediately to replace it - on the weekend. What wonderful customer service!
