I had to place two orders, and the chair arrived twice with defects on the wood and the material. Too bad, because otherwise, it is a nice, sturdy chair.

I like the chair - I'm a bit taller than most and it will raise higher that most other chairs I sit in. That said, I'm not a tremendous fan of the arms not being adjustable. Additionally, that packaging was not sufficient - it arrived already with a tear in the seat cushion.
