I had my 55" tv up on a kallax unit prior and it always made me nervous with how high up it was. When I found this beauty I was delighted - not to mention deep cubbies on each side and room for board games, so vinyl (laid down, they won't stand up in the cubbies less they're 7"ers) and consoles. Room even for agiant thing of gain detergent if your laundry and tv room are close to each other. Super happy
