Don’t be fooled by the rollers. This is a high quality chair. It is heavy, framed in solid wood. As you can see in the photos, the wood has nice grain and the edges are rounded, beveled, and polished nicely. The upholstery is high quality and the seat and back are firm yet comfortable. It rocks and lifts smoothly and noiselessly. The only negative is that it seems a little undersized compared to other desk chairs I’ve used. Tall and big people may be hard pressed to sit in it comfortably although they would be well supported. For average sized people, I highly recommend this chair.

Even better than I was expecting, this chair is well made and exactly as described. The cushion is quite firm, but that's what we wanted, so no problem for us! Great product, easy to assemble (only 2 steps), fair price!

Delivered on time. All 4 chairs were in great shape. Well packaged to prevent damage. Chair color, wood, and seat adjustments were just as advertised. Excellent experience.

Ordered dark gray frame with gray fabric. Frame looks like pecan with a little gray stain on it and the fabric is NOT gray but a speckled tarnish brown. Hard seat and NOT gray. Curve of arm has grandma written all over it . Disappointed!
