Item arrived damaged. Wayfair made it right. It's really really firm. The sides are metal and made to look like wood.

Beautiful chair, love the look of the distressed fabric.

The instructions were a little confusing, but my husband and I managed to put it together in about 30 minutes. The chair is not very comfortable but it’s the perfect corner accent chair we needed for our living room space.

This is a very stylish chair and looks great. The assembly was easy until the end. The last two screws to attach and line up with the frame are very hard to match the screw to the screw holes. This part took about an hour of frustration. The seat cushion is very firm so Im hoping it breaks in a bit after sitting in it. If I had to make the purchase again, I wouldnt. But its also not worth me sending back.
