This is such a lovely bookshelf however its missing parts! The entire bottom piece is missing off the shelf and the screws inside do not match the ones that should be used with this product. Not sure what the included screws go to. Cant complete assembly without the bottom part to stabilize the shelf so Ive requested replacement parts.

Really don’t like this piece. It was extremely difficult to assemble and we are not super happy with how it looks. It feels cheap and not at all what we expected. I originally was going to have this piece in a prominent position in our house, but it has been relegated to the catch all room.

I had a few issues getting this bookcase (damaged in shipping, got replaced) the 2nd came with the wrong instructions but customer service got everything straightened very quickly. This bookcase is a very nice accent to have. It’s heavy and pretty easy to put together once we figured out we actually had all the parts. Overall it’s beautiful and worth the investment.

Poor packaging and confusing design. Came with two different instruction manuals and hardware kits. Hardware didn’t consistently fit where it needed to, and often felt cheap.

I love this shelf, but Wayfair might want to consider having a heart to heart with the manufacturer. I got the shelves and noticed that there were 2 different instruction booklets, both COMPLETELY different. Parts were numbered differently, and hardware was different. Regardless, I was missing hardware from both sets of directions. Wayfair attempted to order me a whole new hardware pack but that didn’t work- it got canceled. Anyways, I got to putting it together after some elaborate problem solving. Turns out all the parts came with the product and both sets of instructions were wrong lol. 3 stars because of the pain in the @$$ assembly but the shelves are beautiful.
