These look great are very comfortable and have held up very well after about one year of use.

We were amazed by the quality and ease of assembly. The one thing is, these are lower backs so be aware of that.

Would recommend love the look

We bought a beautiful, new dining table and knew that it needed just the right chairs. We found them in the Belmar. Took a chance on a pair, not having the option to try before we buy. We felt it was worth the risk of potentially needing to return them. They arrived quickly (assembly was a breeze) and we were delighted with not only the look--just as beautiful in person--but with the comfort as well. The seat has enough cushion on it to feel comfortable for the duration of a meal and beyond. There is slight give to the back owing to the nature of the design and/or the wood used, such that you don't have to sit ramrod straight; you can lean back a little and be comfortable. We are impressed with the quality, the delivery, the ease of assembly, the communication, and certainly the price. We got more than we paid for with these chairs. We needed to replace the rubber-like protectors that were included for the feet of the chair legs with more typical felt protectors because after a couple of days, they sort of scooted to the edge of the foot and were starting to come off. Odd, but easily fixable. Besides the awesome mid-century modern design of the chair, we love its lower profile, which will allow the table to take center stage. Very happy with this purchase. Cannot speak to the longevity/wear, as we've had them less than a month and there are just the 2 of us using them. But we love them so far.
