Overall, it is a great product! However, the center of the ottoman is not sturdy. To improve the quality and durability, there should be a wooden beam in the center.

This ottoman is perfect. Having the two sides that can switch makes it very very useful. The item came well packed in the box and the item is very well-made. I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for this type of an ottoman.
