Arrivée avec des déchirures, difficile à monter si vous vissez serré en partant mais garder du lousse au niveau des vices pour les bras afin de permettre d’ajuster le dos ensuite ça va super rapidement et c’est plus facile. Toutefois la chaise est très confortable surtout pour les femmes

I do not like this chair. It is very uncomfortable. The pump for the lumbar was missing parts. The hydraulics quit working by the 3rd time I used it. So I am sitting so low, it’s hurting my bad knees making them worse and my back and hips. The arms are low for me. I would love to return this chair for a total refund. I no longer have the boxes it came in though.

Seats gets no where near 28.8" high as advertised. Literally the only reason I ordered this one. Wasted my money
