Arrived in a box which was damaged however thankfully all the pieces were ok. It's very cheap materials for the price. It suggests two people to put it together however I ended up doing most of it on my own. All in all, it works in the space I need it to and it will fulfill it's purpose once I have all the correct pieces (see below). NONE OF THE PIECES WERE LABELLED!!! None of them. The instructions look like a 5 year old had 10 steps and only picked 5 to be in the package because he likes the number 5. So many steps I just had to figure out what was next. Very incomplete and some steps were just completely left off. Often the holes didn't line up right so things didn't stay together well. The ONLY part that has indention for screwing things in is the spot for the hinges. I ended up using nails as reinforcement for the shelf because there was no way it could hold 1 book let alone 3+ like the picture. Because nothing was labelled and the instructions were lacking, my doors are installed with a gap at the bottom instead of at the top. I can't switch it because I already nailed the flimsy back piece in. It's fine but something to note. The three pieces that make up the raised ledge around the bench don't have the hole necessary to attach them. I plan to update this review once Wayfair remedies the situation.

After receiving replacement parts because the entire piece was mis aligned and we couldn't put it together, it's still so flimsy and wobbly that we're tossing it all into the burn pile. My husband is very good at building, fixing, and putting things together. But this furniture reflects very shoddy workmanship. Almost $300 down the drain and still no proper solution for the shoes and dog leash, etc. that litters our doorway. Most everything I've ordered from the Wayfair sites has been great quality, but this piece should just be removed.
