Really nice cabinet and better quality than I was expecting!

We don’t trust Wayfair anymore. We ordered this cabinet for full price and it arrived damaged. We went through so much trouble to return it. Hired people to bring it up and down our stairs. Received a SECOND damaged cabinet. Reached out to customer service again with photo proof. They offered us 200 to keep it damaged. That’s like paying 800 for a damaged cabinet. Never mind the money we already sank into movers. We’re returning this item again. And going through more movers to move it downstairs for pick up. Should have trusted the reviews of Wayfair on Reddit.

Beautiful piece of furniture! Exactly what we wanted for our entry way! From the moment it arrived we knew we made a great choice. Packaging was extremely well put together to protect the furniture in transit and assembly was minimal only requiring the base to be installed. Needless to say many envious friends

Looks nice in general and the overall design is well thought-out, but the construction quality is poor and there is a serious lack of quality control. There's a spot along the top where the edge veneer is already bubbling up, the door handles are slightly loose and cannot be easily fixed since the interior screw heads are covered, one of the screws to hold an interior wall to the bottom is stripped and loose, and several of the tambour door wood strips are dented or bowed. This would be a nice piece of furniture in the $300-400 range, but at $830 or more it is not up to par. While I've decided it's not worth the hassle to return such a large heavy item, I regret not going with a slightly higher priced item from another manufacturer that I have no doubt would have been much better constructed/quality controlled. I don't recommend and would not buy again.

This is a pretty piece, but it is much darker than pictured. It also seemed shorter than pictured. If it matched my home, I would have likely kept it, but it was simply too dark. Nice overall piece though.
