I’m so in love with my new dining table. It’s modern and sophisticated providing a focal point to my dining room.

This would be perfect except the marble arrived cracked straight through in several places. I opened the base immediately upon receiving and we saw the screw holes didn't line up. Started to Return then but my husband said he could fix. I decided Not to open marble top until kitchen remodel was done to avoid it getting damaged. As most kitchen remodel do; took a little longer than expected. When I opened, marble top was cracked straight through. Wahfair directs me to Mfg. Mfg. Says it's not their problem - it must have happened during shipping. Wayfair says it's not their problem - work with Mfg. Now I have a nearby $2000 paper weight. Wayfair is who I paid. Whose website I used to purchase this item. So for them to wipe their hands clean and tell me "too bad" is unbelievable. I Literally have purchased Tens of Thousands of dollars from Wayfair. I didn't ask for a Refund only a REPLACEMENT and they refused. I bought a washer and dryer from Wayfair. The heated towel rack. Doors. Furniture. Light fixtures. A kitchen sink for $1000. Rugs. Dishes. $300 Drapes. Grills patio furniture and One Table top they tell me to hit rocks.. so ddisappointing. Such poor customer service. No loyalty to someone who has been loyal to Wayfair for many years. I paid for the table and now I am stuck with it.
