Terrible quality. While assembling the bookshelf, the compressed wood broke, so I couldn’t even finish putting it together. The materials are very cheap and not durable at all.

The bookcase was very difficult to put together...definitely a 2 person job. As mentioned in other reviews, the back of the bookcase was flimsy and bowed. The MDF was easily chipped while trying to install screws into holes that did not always line up. Once assembled, the bookcase is a versatile size. I was able to make it work for my purposes because it was not openly display but used in a closet.

I was looking for something not too tall that would provide good horizontal cube storage and this completely fit the bill. The parts were all well-labeled and the instructions were very clear, making it a breeze to assemble. I took 1 star off the rating for 3 issues: (1) many of the part labels are on the front side so that the sticker has to be removed, however it's very difficult to remove and leaves some residue. (2) The finish is a bit fragile and chipped a few times around the holes when inserting screws. And (3) overall the bookcase is pretty flimsy. In a horizontal position (2 cubes high) as I have it, it's not a big deal but set vertically (4 cubes high) it would be a serious tipping hazard.

This was great although the instructions for assembly could have been marginally more clear. A bargain though and looks great once assembled!
