Massager won’t turn off without unplugging the chair. The remote will not light up to indicate the mode it’s in . The foot rest is difficult to push down and there’s connectors in the back of the chair that have nothing does not go to anything I don’t know if parts are missing or what.. will be returning the chair. Not a good choice. Am working with C S to resolve this problem.

Fairly comfortable, recline portion not working right - sticks for now. Have to pull bottom portion up by hand as handle won’t work. Hoping it will get better with use.
