The first shipment had a hole in the box. Ended up with a hole in side of chair. Customer service was great and they sent a new one within the week. I purchased for a surgery that I was having. I have slept in the chair for past 6 weeks and it has been a life saver. It is firm but that was necessary for the use so it worked for me. The only thing I do not think is great - it is slow. That is the only reason I didn’t give it a 5.
