Desk is arrived damaged. Was stated to be assembled. It was not. The product itself is junk. I have shopped at Wayfair several times in the past. Something has changed. Wayfair's Customer Resolution Department has one goal. To aggravate a customer with issues into giving up on a fair resolution. They do not communicate directly with their customer service people and you never get to speak communicate with the same person twice. Does not seem that they are actual Wayfair employees.

I should have paid more attention when ordering this - this is a very small desk. I thought I was getting a real writing desk, but this is so tiny, its more like an accent table. Being smaller than the average writing desk is why I gave it only 2 stars; otherwise, its a nice piece of furniture.
