Great chair. The only downside was the smell of the cushions that were sealed in heavy plastic. Aired outside for a couple of days. The wood of one chais was broken into several pieces during shipping but was quickly replaced.

The chairs were shipped & received quickly. The boxes were delivered with no damage & the contents were packaged well. The first chair was a breeze to assemble. The second chair had a part misalignment and I am waiting for a replacement chair to arrive. My issue was handled quickly & I do not need to box up/return the misaligned chair. I love the chair that is assembled & have been using it regularly. It is sturdy & looks way more expensive than the actual price.
