I will say, 25 for ease of build. Step 14 is a nightmare that almost broke the entire thing. It did come together in the end and looks really nice. If you’re looking for an easy piece of furniture to build, this is not for you.

I love my fireplaceEntertainment set. I live in Florida and only use the warming feature a few times a year during the winter season. But I love the feature of simply having the ambiance of a fireplace, but not having the heat on.

This was a little bit of a booger to put together but once it was finished it was really pretty in the corner. The heater was a nice touch and really heated our fairly large living room.

Love it! It’s perfect in our in law suite, holds precious items inside, plants and adornments on top, fits snug in the corner gives a great ambiance without the heat element warms an 8X10 room quite well!
